Before you start

Residents of San Andreas are not citizens of Coral Island. Every visitor must hold an authorised visa, residence permit or certificate of citizenship before travelling.

  • A registered employer. The Department checks the company against the Los Santos company register.
  • The role you will perform.
  • An address in San Andreas, or on the island if accommodation is provided.
  • A completed criminal history declaration.

What you need

  • An account with the account service. You sign in with it and confirm the person who will travel.
  • Your current address in San Andreas.
  • A truthful declaration of any active warrants and criminal convictions. The Department reads the Los Santos records and will see them.
  • The name of your employer and the role you will hold.

How it works

  1. Sign in and confirm the person who will travel.
  2. Complete the application. You can save it as a draft and return to it.
  3. Submit the application. The fee becomes due and an application number is issued.
  4. Pay the fee at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield or the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral, or use the payment command /coralfees pay.
  5. An immigration officer reviews the application within the processing time and may ask for more information.
  6. If approved, your visa appears in your account with its number and verification code. Present it at the airline desk before you fly.

Conditions

  • The visa is tied to the employer named in the application. If the employment ends you must tell the Department within seven days.
  • A work visa issued through Government employment carries no fee.
  • Days spent on the island are recorded whatever visa you hold, but a work visa does not on its own lead to citizenship: naturalisation requires a residence permit as well as the qualifying days.

You will be asked to sign in first.

After you apply

We will tell you the decision in Your account and by message on the island. An officer may ask you for more information first.

Pay at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield or the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral, or use the payment command /coralfees pay. Fees are taken from cash first, then from your bank account.

Renewal of a visa costs the same as the visa being renewed and may be requested from seven days before expiry until fourteen days after.

If you are refused

The decision letter gives the reason. You can apply again when the reason no longer applies. If you think the decision is wrong, you can make a complaint.
