How it works
- Describe the information you want and which body holds it.
- We answer within 20 days.
- Some information can be withheld, for example for security or to protect personal information. If we withhold anything we tell you why.
After you apply
You can follow the request in Your account. You can also ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
If you are not satisfied
You can complain about how your request was handled, and ask the Complaints Commissioner to review it.
