Paying fees
Pay at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield or the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral, or use the payment command /coralfees pay. Fees are taken from cash first, then from your bank account.
About an application or case
Every application and case has its own page under Your account. Write to the officer handling it from that page. Officers answer on the same page and you are notified when they do.
We do not deal with visa applications by message; apply online.
The border desk
Anyone who arrives on the island without clearance must report at once to the border desk at Government House, Puerto Coral.
Paying fees
Fees are not taken at Government House. Pay at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield or the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral, or use the payment command /coralfees pay. See your fees.
Complaints, information and concerns
- Make a complaint. Every complaint receives a written answer.
- Ask for information held by the Government.
- Report a concern, such as an illegal landing, smuggling or reef damage.
