Travel to the island

The airline charges a fare of $500 each time you fly from Sandy Shores Airfield to Coral Island Airfield. It is taken at the Coral Island Flights desk after your status has been checked. Return flights are free. It is not a Government fee.

How to pay

Pay at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield or the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral, or use the payment command /coralfees pay. Fees are taken from cash first, then from your bank account.

From 1 October 2026, firearms fees are paid at the firearms counter, Police station, Puerto Coral, and premises liquor licence fees at the Business Registry counter, Government Complex, when you lodge the application. A written receipt is given. These applications are made in person only: read the firearm licensing policy.

Fees are not taken at Government House or through this website. See the fees you owe.

When a fee must be paid

  • A fee becomes due when you submit an application and must be paid within 7 days.
  • Firearms fees and premises liquor licence fees are paid in full at the counter when you lodge the application.
  • Visas, citizenship, business and gaming licences and event permits are decided only once the fee is paid.
  • Clearance fees for aircraft and vessels may be paid after the decision, within 7 days of applying.
  • An application whose fee is unpaid after 7 days expires.

Refunds and waivers

Fees are not refunded when an application is refused or withdrawn after payment. A fee not yet paid is cancelled if you withdraw your application or it is refused.

The Chief Secretary, or the President, may waive a fee in whole or in part for reasons recorded in writing. To ask for a waiver, write to the officer handling your application from its page in Your account.

Fees are set by the Fees and Charges Regulations 2026 (LN 1/2026), as amended by the Fees and Charges (Amendment) Regulations 2026 (LN 6/2026). When the Government changes a fee it publishes an amending legal notice in the Gazette.
