Fees and Charges Regulations 2026LN 1/2026
1. Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Fees and Charges Regulations 2026 and come into force on 29 September 2026.
2. Fees
The fees in the Schedule are payable for the services shown. The current schedule is on the fees and charges page.
3. Payment
A fee is due when the application is submitted and must be paid within 7 days, at the Coral Island Flights desk at Sandy Shores Airfield, at the Immigration and City Office in Puerto Coral or by the payment command /coralfees pay. Where the Schedule says so, a decision may be made before payment.
3A. Fees paid at a counter
A fee for a certificate, permit, licence or authority under the Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance 2026 is paid at the firearms counter at the Police station, Puerto Coral, and a fee for a premises licence under the Liquor Licensing Ordinance 2026 is paid at the Business Registry counter, Government Complex, Puerto Coral, in each case when the application is lodged. A written receipt is given. Regulation 3 does not apply to those fees. Regulation 4 applies to them.

4. Refunds
A fee is not refunded when an application is refused or withdrawn after payment.
5. Waiver
The Chief Secretary, or the President, may waive a fee in whole or in part for reasons recorded in writing.
