Government House public counter: what it does and how to be seen

The public counter at Government House deals with immigration enquiries, interviews and oath ceremonies. Book an appointment to be sure of being seen.

PUERTO CORAL, 29 September 2026. The public counter at Government House, Puerto Coral, deals with:

  • immigration and citizenship enquiries
  • interviews for citizenship applications
  • the oath of citizenship
  • enquiries about licences, permits and fees

The counter is staffed when officers are on duty. To be sure of being seen, book an appointment through Your account; interview slots are offered when you apply for citizenship.

Anyone who arrives on the island without clearance must report to the border desk at Government House.

Fees are not taken at the counter. They are paid at the Coral Island Immigration desk in the departures hall at Los Santos International, or with the payment command /coralfees pay.
