Cabinet agreed:
- to open the Government's online portal and designate it the Official Gazette of Coral Island
- to make the Fees and Charges Regulations 2026
- to establish the Coral Island Gaming Commission and to grant the casino already trading on the island a transitional licence
- to open business licensing and event permits
- to consult on a Reef Levy for four weeks
