First official immigration figures published
The Statistics Office now publishes live figures on visas, citizenship, border clearances and visitors to the island.
PUERTO CORAL, 29 September 2026. The Statistics Office has published the first official figures on immigration and the border.
Coral Island in figures shows the number of visas in force, applications received and decided, the time taken to reach a decision, citizens, entry clearances granted and the outcome of approaches to the island. The figures are calculated from the registers of the Department of Immigration and Citizenship and the Border Security Directorate and are updated every few minutes.
To protect individuals, any figure between one and four is shown as "fewer than 5", and averages are shown only when at least five cases contribute. No figure identifies a person.
