1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Ports and Moorings Ordinance 2026.

3. Port Authority and Harbour Master

There is a Port Authority, headed by the Harbour Master, which runs Puerto Coral harbour and the visitor moorings.

5. Moorings

Visiting vessels moor at Puerto Coral harbour, Northpoint Landing or the Mangrove Bay visitor moorings.

7. Advance notice of arrival

The master of a vessel must give advance notice of arrival or obtain clearance from Coral Control before entering island waters.

9. Directions

The master of a vessel must obey the directions of the Harbour Master.

11. Offences

It is an offence to moor otherwise than as permitted, or to disobey a direction of the Harbour Master.
