Business Licensing Ordinance 2026Ordinance No. 5 of 2026

1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Business Licensing Ordinance 2026.

3. Who needs a licence

A person who sells goods or services on Coral Island, through a company or on their own account, must hold a business licence. Casino gaming licensed under the Gaming and Casino Control Ordinance 2026 is excepted.

4. Categories

Licences are granted in the categories published by the Business Registry.

5. The register

The Business Registry keeps a public register of every licence in force.

7. Duration and renewal

A licence lasts 90 days and may be renewed from 14 days before it expires.

9. Conditions

A licence is subject to the conditions the Registry attaches to it.

11. Suspension and revocation

The Registry may suspend or revoke a licence for breach of its conditions.

12. Offence

It is an offence to carry on business on the island without a licence in force.
