Business Licensing Ordinance 2026: opening of the register of business licences

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under section 5 of the Business Licensing Ordinance 2026 that:

1. The register of business licences is open from 29 September 2026 and may be inspected online.
2. A person already carrying on business on Coral Island on that date may continue to do so without a licence until 31 October 2026, provided that an application has been made by that date.
3. After 31 October 2026 it is an offence under section 12 of the Ordinance to carry on business on the island without a licence in force.
