Fees and Charges (Amendment) Regulations 2026
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 40 of the Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance 2026 and section 17 of the Liquor Licensing Ordinance 2026, the following Regulations are made.
- Citation and commencement. (1) These Regulations may be cited as the Fees and Charges (Amendment) Regulations 2026 and come into force on 1 October 2026.
(2) In these Regulations, "the principal Regulations" means the Fees and Charges Regulations 2026 (LN 1/2026).
- Insertion of regulation 3A. After regulation 3 of the principal Regulations insert:
"3A. Fees paid at a counter. A fee for a certificate, permit, licence or authority under the Firearms and Ammunition Ordinance 2026 is paid at the firearms counter at the Police station, Puerto Coral, and a fee for a premises licence under the Liquor Licensing Ordinance 2026 is paid at the Business Registry counter, Government Complex, Puerto Coral, in each case when the application is lodged. A written receipt is given. Regulation 3 does not apply to those fees. Regulation 4 applies to them."
- Amendment of the Schedule. At the end of the Schedule to the principal Regulations insert the following entries:

| Firearms dealer's licence, 90 days (paid at the firearms counter) | $10,000 |
| Shooting range licence, 90 days (paid at the firearms counter) | $5,000 |
| Security firm firearms authority, 90 days (paid at the firearms counter) | $5,000 |
| Firearms import or export permit, each consignment (paid at the firearms counter) | $500 |
| Premises liquor licence, 90 days (paid at the Business Registry counter) | $2,000 |
| Renewal of a firearms certificate, permit, licence or authority, or of a premises liquor licence | the fee for its grant |
