Consultation: proposed Reef Levy

TAKE NOTICE that the Ministry of Environment and the Reef invites views on a proposed Reef Levy on leisure vessels that moor or anchor in the waters of Coral Island.

1. The consultation paper and the questions are published online.
2. Any person may respond. Responses must be received by 23:59 on 27 October 2026.
3. A summary of responses and the Government's decision will be published in the Gazette.
