Purpose of the Bill

The Bill would require permission from the Planning Authority for new buildings and material changes of use, protect the view from Palm Ridge and the shore of Salt Pond, and give neighbours the right to comment on applications. The Bill has been published for comment and is to be considered by the Transitional Council.
