Complaints Commissioner Ordinance 2026Ordinance No. 10 of 2026

1. Short title

This Ordinance may be cited as the Complaints Commissioner Ordinance 2026.

3. Office and independence

There is a Complaints Commissioner, who is independent in the exercise of the office.

5. Complaints

A person may complain to the Commissioner after a ministry has responded to their complaint.

7. Investigation

The Commissioner may investigate a complaint and require any public officer to provide information.

9. Reports and recommendations

The Commissioner reports on each complaint and may make recommendations to the Government.
