Proclamation of the Arms, Flag, Seal and Motto of Coral Island

WHEREAS Article 3 of the Constitution of Coral Island 2026 provides that the national symbols of Coral Island are those proclaimed by the President;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, LUCY ALVAREZ, President of Coral Island, do hereby proclaim that:

1. The Arms of Coral Island are: Azure, issuant from a base barry wavy argent and vert-de-mer a coral branch Or, in chief a mullet Or; for a crest, a conch shell Or; with the motto "Between the reef and the sea".
2. The Flag of Coral Island is a flag of deep blue, bearing across its lower part a wavy white stripe above a band of lagoon green, and in the hoist a golden coral branch beneath a golden star.
3. The Seal of the Government is a roundel bearing the coral branch, the waves and the star, and is used to authenticate documents issued by the Government.
4. The motto of Coral Island is "Between the reef and the sea".
5. The Arms, Flag and Seal may not be used for commercial purposes without the permission of the Office of the President.
