Fees and Charges Regulations 2026
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Immigration and Citizenship Ordinance 2026 and by the Ordinances named in the Schedule, the following Regulations are made.
- Citation and commencement. These Regulations may be cited as the Fees and Charges Regulations 2026 and come into force on 29 September 2026.
- Fees. The fees in the Schedule are payable for the services shown.
- Payment. A fee is due when the application is submitted and must be paid within 7 days, at the Coral Island Immigration desk at Los Santos International or by the payment command /coralfees pay. Where the Schedule says so, a decision may be made before payment.
- Refunds. A fee is not refunded when an application is refused or withdrawn after payment.
- Waiver. The Chief Secretary, or the President, may waive a fee in whole or in part for reasons recorded in writing.
